The Winston Churchill Outreach Program sends Queen’s University volunteers each week to Winston Churchill PS. There, girls from grades 4 to 6 choose to spend their lunch recesses interacting with our volunteers through a short lesson and various experiments prepared by our own volunteers. The goal of this program is to inspire girls in elementary school to pursue a degree and career in science by allowing them to interact and learn from women pursuing a post-secondary education in science and engineering.
Please email the Winston Churchill Program coordinators if you have any questions.
